Not just the best barber in Portland, but easily the best I've ever seen. Sep is simply at a completely different level. I live nearby in the area and stumbled upon him a year or so ago; I've been coming faithfully ever since. but this was the first time he gave me a haircut at his new salon. The salon is unbelievably luxurious, well-organized, and clean. not only is Sep masterful at his craft, but he's also a great guy whom I consider a friend. He's so cool that my wife will often come with me when I get my hair cut! Could not recommend it more highly...
I had a great experience at Le Ciel Hair Salon. Sep was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. The atmosphere at Le Ciel was also very warm and inviting. I am very happy with the way my hair looks. I highly recommend this place!
